Blazin Cajun has upped the ante on their food. They had poor ratings last year and several visits from the health department for various reasons which fell below restaurant standards .
They have revamped their restaurant and menu and quality of their food and they are now rated above average in my opinion.

I'm from Louisiana and I value good Louisiana spiced food this food never fails me when I order from Blazin Cajun haven't tried the gumbo yet but that's going to be the real test passer if it's good

This restaurant is by far the best Cajun seafood that I've had. Also every time I order, the food is well prepared and when I receive it, it's still hot. They are awesome

The food is AWESOME. I've been searching for a restaurant that can create flavorful catfish and this is it. Bonus: their Gumbo rocks! Best I've had.
